Appalachian Cup Race Series
March 14, 2020 REGISTRATION BEGINS @8:30AM, RACE STARTS @ 11AM
The Appalachian Cup Race Series is back and even better for its fourth season! This series is a skiing & snowboarding race program for students age 5-18. This is a recreational series, open to riders of intermediate ability and up. Most schools that join will choose to be a club team. There is a Middle School & Under Division and a High School Division for males and females.
Races will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm with the final race on Saturday, March 15. Practices begin Jan 15th.
A participant can sign up for lift tickets, race fees, and rentals if needed for only $185 for 8 days! The lift tickets also begin at 4pm, and will be good all day long for the finals, giving riders extra time on the slopes. If a participant has a season membership, the cost is $65 for the race fee. Riders can also pay per event – $30 or $10 if they have a membership.
There will again be a program for entry level racers, allowing these participants 3 practices to build more confidence on the race course. The cost for this program is $85 all inclusive.
The format for the races will be the best out of two runs. Ski and snowboard divisions are offered for both male and female. Be a part of this exciting race series at App Ski Mtn.!
