TGR Movie – Winterland – Lees McRae College

Celebrate ski and snowboard culture with the screening of Teton Gravity Research film Winterland on Thursday, Nov. 21 in Evans Auditorium.
The screening is the result of collaboration between the newly-introduced Ski Industry Business and Instruction minor and nearby Beech Mountain Resort.
Evans Auditorium will open for a reception at 6 p.m. with the film starting at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public with tickets $10 in advance online and at the door. Admission for Beech Mountain Resort staff and season pass holders is $5. Entrance for all Lees-McRae students, faculty, and staff is also $5.
Winterland, a new film added to the Teton Gravity Research film tour extensive lineup, celebrates the past, present, and future of both ski and snowboard culture and the mountain towns that have cultivated legends.
